Description	:	UNION, SC Mrs. Faye Allene White Monroe, age 77, of 116 Woodlawn Avenue, Union, died Monday, January 25, 2010, at Wallace Thomson Hospital. Mrs. Monroe was born in Jonesville, December 6, 1932, a daughter of the late Fay Landrum and Mae Belle Vinson White. She was a graduate of Jonesville High School and attended New Beginings Church of Pacolet. Mrs. Monroe retired from Milliken Company. Mrs. Monroe was predeceased by a son, Gene Monroe, three brothers and five sisters. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, January 28, 2010, at S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Scott Cobb and Rev. Robert Scott. Burial will be at Rosemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, January 27, 2010, from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home.
