Description	:	The Hooper Sentinel December 7, 1922 Funeral Services for Auto Accident Victim In an auto accident near Walthill about 6 o'clock last Sunday evening Ferdinand Hankins, of Rosalie, son-in-law of Mrs. Augusta Hankins of our city, received such fatal injuries that death resulted about six hours later in the Walthill hospital. The breaking of a front wheel when the car hit an obstruction in the road and which caused the car to turn over three or four times, was the cause of the accident which has brought such great sorrow and loss to the widow and two children the help... Read More	The Hooper Sentinel December 7, 1922 Funeral Services for Auto Accident Victim In an auto accident near Walthill about 6 o'clock last Sunday evening Ferdinand Hankins, of Rosalie, son-in-law of Mrs. Augusta Hankins of our city, received such fatal injuries that death resulted about six hours later in the Walthill hospital. He is also survived by 2 brothers and 3 sisters. He was 37 years of age. The body was brought to Hooper Tuesday and funeral services were held at 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon from the Zions Lutheran church, conducted by Rev. J. Schrader. Burial was made in the Hooper cemetery. Out of town relatives here for the funeral were: Mrs. Fred Hankins and son and Henry Detlefs, of Farwell; Will Hankins, of Omaha; Mrs. Anna Hanson and son, of Rockwell, and John Hankins of Stanton.hhw
