Description	:	She was born Sept. 16, 1922, in Rose Valley, the daughter of John and Emma Farbaugh Ruegsegger. Fern graduated from Cawker City High School in 1940 and moved to Holton, KS in 1948. She received her B.A. in music from Kansas University in 1972 and later earned a masters degree in special education from Kansas State University in 1978. She taught school music at the following Kansas schools: Jackson Heights, Onaga, Wetmore and Havensville and later taught special education at Topeka High. She taught private piano and voice lessons for many years. Mrs. Biddison was a member of the Evangel United Methodist Church in Holton, KS and the King's Daughters Sunday School Class at the church. She was choir director for the church for many years. She was a member of St. Cecelia Music Club since 1948 and a member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood since 1953. She was married to Dr. Ross Moser, MD on June 2, 1945. They were divorced. She was married to Wilber G. Biddison on Jan. 9, 1983, in Overbrook, KS. He died February 14, 1994. She also was preceded in death by eight siblings. Survivors include four daughters, Colene Moser-Gutierrez and her husband, Phil, and Lorene Gakle and her husband, Gale, all of Holton, KS, Kathlene Welch and her husband, David, Aurora, CO, and Marlene "Dinki" Bizub and her husband Mike, Colorado Springs, CO; a step-son, Roger Biddison , Littleton, CO; three grandchildren, 11 stepgrandchildren, and many stepgreat-grandchildren.
