Flora is the daughter of Richard Tillman Poplin and Francis Alice (Frankie)Poplin-Poplin. She is the great-granddaughter of Ithama Fannie Cagle Sides. She married Luther Adam Poplin 29 July, 1925. Luther is buried in the Pine Grove cemetery where Flora's headstone is located. I haven't been able to locate her actual burial place. The death... The death certificate of her father Richard indicates that he is buried in Pine Grove cemetery also, but I haven't found his headstone listed anywhere.
