Description	:	Florence Augusta Dart was born in Illinois on October 3, 1856, and died in Lincoln, Nebraska, on June 18, 1938. She came with her parents to Nebrsaka in 1872, where they homesteaded northeast of Fairmont. Soon after, she was married to James Sanders, and one daughter, Lily was born to this union. Read More	Florence Augusta Dart was born in Illinois on October 3, 1856, and died in Lincoln, Nebraska, on June 18, 1938. She came with her parents to Nebrsaka in 1872, where they homesteaded northeast of Fairmont. Soon after, she was married to James Sanders, and one daughter, Lily was born to this union. In 1882 she was married to Ezra J. Goodsell and three sons, Frank, Roy and Charles were given this union. The family made Fairmont their home throughout the years, save for two short periods they lived at St. Croix Falls, Wis. Her second husband, Mr. Goodsell, died on May 31, 1901, and Mrs. Goodsell came to the town of Fairmont to live. This was her home until September, 1936, when she went to the beautiful Crowell Home at Blair, Nebraska, to live. She was there until the past six weeks that she spent in Lincoln, Nebraska, in a private home, where she could have special care. Mrs. Goodsell is survived by one brother, Arthur Dart, of Glendale, Cal., and her daughter, Mrs. E.W. Nichols of Geneva, Nebraska and two sons, Roy and Charles of North Platte, Nebraska. There are also twelve grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She had been a member of Grace Methodist Episcopal church since October 29, 1897 and was a faithful attendant throughout the years. Funeral services were held from the Fairmont Methodist church Sunday afternoon,at 2:30, in charge of the pastor, Rev. Robert L. Embree. Interment was made in Fairmont Cemetery.
