Bosserman, age 93, of Wibaux, Montana, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at the Wibaux County Nursing Home in Wibaux, Montana. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 28, 2005 from 10:00 A.M until 8:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Silvernale-Silha Funeral Home in Beach. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 P.M., Monday, November 28, 2005 in the Chapel of the Silvernale-Silha Funeral Home in Beach, North Dakota. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at the Evangelical Church in Beach, North Dakota with Pastors Curt Dickoff and Scott Jordan officiating. Interment will be in the Beach City Cemetery in Beach, North Dakota. Silvernale-Silha Funeral Home of Beach is entrusted with arrangements. Florence was born on June 2, 1912 at home in Skaar, North Dakota, the oldest daughter of John W. Greenup and Dagny Marie (Pedersen). She attended grade school at Oliver School near Trotters, North Dakota. Florence graduated from Wibaux High School with the class of 1931. She married Floyd Bosserman on Christmas Day, December 25, 1937. They started farming at the Denton place, southeast of Golva, North Dakota. Florence and her husband built a house and moved to their home farm southeast of Golva in 1948. They lived on the farm until moving to Beach in 1972. Florence will be remembered for her enjoyment of Gospel music, her love of all flowers, and maple nut ice cream. She was a strong believer in her faith and looked forward to the day she would see Jesus face to face. Florence was preceded in death by Floyd, her husband of 62 years; her parents John and Dagny; and her brother, Johnny Greenup. Six children were born to Floyd and Florence; Margery Wages and her husband Ward of Coon Rapids, Minnesota; Dorothy Hicks and her husband Bruce of Wichita, Kansas; Melvin Bosserman and his wife Edith of Golva, North Dakota; Larry Bosserman and his wife Joyce of Glendive, Montana; Vernon Bosserman and his wife Meridith of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Marilyn Orgaard and her husband Cliff of Alexandria, Minnesota; 20 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
