She married Bob Meier on June 27, 1947. in St. Peter. He preceded her in death in 1987. Survivors include a son, Gary Meier, Hoxie; three daughters, Charlene Meier, Falls Church, Va., Mary Leo, Fairfax, Va., and Lori Meier Horesky, Hoxie; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Mickey-Leopold Funeral Home, Hoxie. A vigil will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
