Description	:	Floyd E. Boyer, 75, of Farmington, died Monday, July 29 at 4:10 p.m. in St. Joseph Hospital, Keokuk. He had been seriously ill six months and in failing health for years. He was born Sept. 15, 1892 in Farmington, the son of Ira and Nellie Luther Boyer. He was married to Mabel Leona Fine on July 26, 1914 at Farmington. He spent all his life in and near Farmington. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife on March 3, 1965, one brother and two sisters. The funeral service will be held Thursday, Aug. 1 at 2:30 p.m. in the Methodist church with the Rev. C. C. Swalwell officiating. Burial will be in Greenglade cemetery. Miller’s Home for Funerals was in charge of the arrangements.
