He attended the Gospel Light Freewill Baptist Church, was a member of Leadington VFW Post 5741 and a veteran of the U.S.Army. Service will be 1 pm Saturday at C.Z.Boyer & Son Chapel, Desloge; the Rev. Larry Allison officiating. Interment will be 1 pm Monday at Shaul Cemetery in Ottumwa. Visitation will be 5 pm today at the funeral home in Desloge.
