Brown, 87, will be at 9:30 Friday in the chapel of the Heaton-Bowman mortuary, the Rev. J. Wilbur Curry officiating. The body will be taken to the cemetery at Clarence, Mo., for a graveside service at 2 in the afternoon. Mr. Brown, a native of Daviess county, died Wednesday night at his home, 2705 Lafayette street. He belonged to the Amalgamated Butchers Union in Kansas City. One daughter, Mrs. Mary K. Umstead, Fort Worth, Texas, survives.
