Also surviving are five half-brothers, Everett Agan of Phoenix, Kenneth Agan of Modesto, Calif., Eldon Agan of Ottumwa, Bobby Agan of St. Louis, Lloyd Agan at Las Vegas, Neb., and a half-sister, Mrs. Golda Lester, Ottumwa. He was preceded in death by his mother, a daughter Mary Louise Agan, and a sister, Leone Agan. The body is at the Johnson funeral chapel pending completion of funeral arrangements. “AGAN SERVICES,” From “Ottumwa Daily Courier,” Thursday, Septemer 23, 1965, Page 21: Funeral services for Forest M. Agan, 49, who had lived at 716 Maris street and died Wednesday morning at the Ottumwa hospital, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Johnson funeral chapel in charge of the Rev. A.D. Pringle of the Ottumwa Baptist temple. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery.
