Read More	Obituary from the Coloradoan, Friday, September 17, 1993- Page C2 Forrest E "Bo" Luellen, 78, of Fort Collins died Thursday, Sept 16,1993, at Poudre Valley Hospital. Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Reager Funeral Home with the Rev. Lon Boehmer officiating. Cremation is planned. Forrest Lueller was born Aug. 27, 1915 in Minburn, Iowa the son of Clement D Luellen and Hazel Nourse Luellen. He married Helena P. Trapp on Nov. 2, 1943, in Adel, Iowa. The couple moved to Fort Collins from Des Moines, Iowa in 1961. Mr, Luellen served as a pilot in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He then worked for Forney Industries for 30 years, retiring in 1980. Before World War II, he coached and taught school in Shipley, Iowa. He was a member of the Larimer County Horsemen's Association and the Boot and Spurs Riding Club, serving as drill team and parade team master for both organizations. He was also a volunteer for Front Range Exceptional Equestrains (FREE) Handicapped Riding Program and was a riding instructor at Lee Martinez Park. He enjoyed skiing, trail rides, nature and the outdoors. Mr. Luellen is survived by his wife, Helena P. Luellen of Fort Collins; two daughters, Penny L Furman of Alliance, Neb., and Pam J Pope pf Delta; a brother, Donald D. Luellen of Minburn, Iowa; a sister Cheryl Miller of Ames; and five granchildren. Inlieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Front Range Exceptional Equestrains Handicapped Riding Program in care of Reager Funeral Home, 1530 Riverside Ave., Fort Collins, 80524
