Description	:	Francene A. Cudworth, 94, formerly of Ottumwa, died at 12:20 a.m. April 17, 2021 at Grinnell Regional Medical Center. She was born April 20, 1926 in Wapello County to Lora and Edith Conwell Beagle. She married Robert Cudworth September 11, 1949 and he preceded her in death March 30, 2006. A graduate of Ottumwa High School in 1943, she lived in Ottumwa most of her life, moving to Oakland AR in 1981 and back to Ottumwa in 2005. Cudworth, 94, formerly of Ottumwa, died at 12:20 a.m. April 17, 2021 at Grinnell Regional Medical Center. She was born April 20, 1926 in Wapello County to Lora and Edith Conwell Beagle. She married Robert Cudworth September 11, 1949 and he preceded her in death March 30, 2006. A graduate of Ottumwa High School in 1943, she lived in Ottumwa most of her life, moving to Oakland AR in 1981 and back to Ottumwa in 2005. She worked for Northwestern Bell as a telephone operator, as a service representative and as business office supervisor. She was a member of Davis Street Christian Church and Ottumwa Regional Health Center Auxiliary. Surviving is her daughter, Lorraine (Don) Wolf of Deep River; three grandsons, Charles (Ashley), Adam and Thomas Wolf; a great granddaughter, Madelyn Wolf. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Darrell Cudworth; two sisters, Frances Moore and Flora Hiatt. Her body has been cremated. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, April 22 at Reece Funeral Home. Inurnment will be in Shaul Cemetery. For those unable to attend, you may watch live on the Reece Funeral Home Facebook page. Visitation with the family present will be one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Memorials may be made to Davis Street Christian Church or United Church of Deep River.
