Description	:	Funeral services for Frances Agnes Kimminau were held Friday, November 18, 1994 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Lawrence. Father Thomas Au officiated. Acolyte was Arnie Kimminau and Commentator was Ervin Kimminau. Marie Kimminau led the congregational singing with Arlene Lemke as organist. Casketbearers were: Gary Kimminau, Lynn Kimminau, Jay Sharp, Bob Faimon, Arnold Faimon and Alfred Miller. Rosary services were Thursday evening at 7:30 at the church. Frances, one of five children born to Frank and Agnes (Vap) Faimon on a farm in Clay County northeast of Lawrence, Ne. on September 21, 1905 and passed from this earthly life on November 15, 1994 (November 15th being their wedding anniversary) at the Good Samaritan Center in Superior, Nebraska at the age of 89 years, 1 month and 25 days. She was reared on the family farm and attended Loucky Country School near Deweese, Ne. On November 15, 1927 she was united in marriage to Anthony (Tony) Kimminau at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. This union was blessed with two sons, Richard and Clarence. She lived most of her life in the Lawrence area and was a longtime member of St. Stephen's Catholic church (sic) and also its Altar Society. Frances enjoyed playing cards, gardening, sewing, raising ducks and chickens. The was a true friend to everyone and everyone loved her. She is survived by her sons, Richard and wife Barbara of Guide Rock and Clarence and his wife Dolores of Lawrence; 4 grandchildren, Vicki Sharp, Gary, Lynn and Kathy and 2 great grandchildren, Evan and Garrett Sharp. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Agnes; her husband Tony on February 18, 1986, 2 brothers, George and Rudolph Faimon and 2 sisters, Mary Karmazin and Leda Drudik.
