She was born in Clay Center on Nov 6, 1929, the youngest of 13 children. born to Ruben and Frances Swanberg Sanberg. Mrs. Anderson married Dan D Anderson in Clay Center on Jan 24, 1946 They lived in Clay Center, Hiawatha and Marysville before settling in Sabetha in June 1956. He survives of the home. She was born in Clay Center on Nov 6, 1929, the youngest of 13 children. born to Ruben and Frances Swanberg Sanberg. Mrs. Anderson married Dan D Anderson in Clay Center on Jan 24, 1946 They lived in Clay Center, Hiawatha and Marysville before settling in Sabetha in June 1956. He survives of the home. She worked for McQuillen Cleaners, Williams Cleaners and other cleaning businesses until she retired in 1984. She was an active bowler and was a lifetime member of VFW Auxiliary No 7285, in which she held many offices, she also was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post No. 322 of Fairview. Survivors include her husband, Dan Anderson; four daughters, Diane Thieme and husband Dave of Sabetha; Danise Snook and husband David of Topeka: Connie Lukert and husband Lee of Sabetha; and Cindi Baker of Sabetha and fiancé Bob Mckim of Morrill; 13. grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews All her siblings, a granddaughter, Dawn Rochelle Jenkins on Feb. 17; 1986, and a son-in-law, Michael David Baker, preceded her in death on July 22, 1995. Services were Nov 23 at the Popkess Mortuary in Sabetha, with burial at the Albany Cemetery north of Sabetha. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Sabetha VFW Auxiliary 7285 or the Kansas National Guard Museum, sent in care of Popkess Mortuary in Sabetha. The Sabetha Herald, 11/24/04
