She married Thomas Benton Coop on 23 August 1877 in Jefferson Co, IA. They had children William Charles Coop, John Albert Coop[married Goldie Imo Cooper] and Floyd Benton Coop[married Elsie M. __ ]. Additional info: Francis Estes Goodman Coop, daughter of Matthew and Elizabeth Goodman, was born in old Ioka, Keokuk county, Iowa, May 24, 1861, and departed this life at her home in Hopevilie, Iowa on December 28, 1925. She was left an orphan at the early age of about six years. Her mother and father both gone, she knew what it meant to face a hard, cold world without love. She was united in marriage to Thomas B. Coop, August 23rd, 1877, in Jefferson county, Iowa. To this union three sons were born: William Charles, Johnnie Albert and Floyd Benton. William Charles died in infancy. Johnnie Albert died Nov. 30, 1918. She leaves to mourn besides her husband and son, three grandchildren: Harvey, Mildred and Marvin Coop all of Denver Colorado and one brother, W. .A. Goodman of Oregon, one sister, Thirsizah Wagnor of Enterprise, Oregon, and another sister Glaphery Shelly of Los Angeles, CA.
