Description	:	Frances came to the U.S. with her parents arriving in New York on 13 June 1879 aboard the ship "Oder". They settled in Holt Co, NE and later moved to Spencer, NE. Fannie married Michael H. Jacoby on 30 Mar 1894 in Boyd Co, NE (marriage book 1, page 49) They had children: Melvin, Effie, Tamer, Raymond & Michael F. Michael Jacoby, Sr. was a successful farmer and on the Boyd county supervisors. On January 11, 1900, he shot his neighbor and himself, it was thought that he had gone insane. Fannie married Michael H. Jacoby on 30 Mar 1894 in Boyd Co, NE (marriage book 1, page 49) They had children: Melvin, Effie, Tamer, Raymond & Michael F. Michael Jacoby, Sr. was a successful farmer and on the Boyd county supervisors. On January 11, 1900, he shot his neighbor and himself, it was thought that he had gone insane. Fannie and the children were living with her parents by mid 1900. Fannie married 2nd Peter A. Mathre on 10 May 1904 in Boyd county (marriage book 1, page 332). He was born in Illinois around 1869. They had children: Oscar, Peter Richard, Hattie Marie, Anna, Lee and Elsie. A Canadian Census shows Peter in Alberta, Canada in 1916. He died in 1943.
