The Rev. Lyle Meester officiated. Interment was in the Wyoming cemetery. Mrs. Pegariek died Aug. 30 at John McDonald hospital, Monticello. She was born at Wyoming, Sept. 26, 1888, the daughter of Joseph and Catherine Shedek. She attended Wyoming schools. She married Albert Pegariek at Wyoming in 1910. They farmed near Hale. She married Albert Pegariek at Wyoming in 1910. They farmed near Hale. In 1942, she moved to Monticello, where she lived with her son, Edward. She was also preceded in death by a son, a daughter, her parents, one sister, one brother and three half-sisters. Survivors are three sons, Alfred of Center Jet., Edward of Monticello and LeRoy of Cedar Rapids; one daughter, Grace of Anamosa; six grandchildren; and five greatgrandchildren. Casketbearers were Keith Gray, Lumer Ingwersen, John Grant, Junior Koranda, Leo Simmons and William Brodersen.
