Graveside services were held Feb 5 at 1:30 p.m. at the Bellwood Cemetery with Rev. Hiram Lilley officiating. She attend District 36 School in Butler County. She lived on the family farm until moving to Central City in 1964. While living in Central City, she cleaned homes, worked at Wilder Cafe and cooked at Merrick Manor, and Community Care Center in Central City. She was a member of the Bellwood Methodist Church. Frances never married. Survivors include three nieces; seven nephews; and many cousins, several of whom live in the Schuyler, David City and Bellwood areas: and one sister-in-law Maxine Cady, David City. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, George; two sisters, Ellen White and Florence Cook; half-sister, Edna Rochon Smith; and half brother, Edward Rochon.
