Description	:	Frances Mary Cline was Born In Brady Island Lincoln Nebraska the fifth child to George Washington Cline and Myrtle Lillie Roberts. Frances was from a family of thirteen Children, Frances had four Brothers and four Sisters from George and Myrtle and she also had two half brothers and two half sisters from her Fathers first marriage to Martha McKinney. She never had the opportunity to meet three of her siblings from her Fathers first marriage as they passed in infancy before Frances was born. Frances was from a family of thirteen Children, Frances had four Brothers and four Sisters from George and Myrtle and she also had two half brothers and two half sisters from her Fathers first marriage to Martha McKinney. She never had the opportunity to meet three of her siblings from her Fathers first marriage as they passed in infancy before Frances was born. As a small child her family immigrated to Canada from Nebraska in 1903, settling in the Battle River area.Frances Mary started her School attendance at the Red Willow School and later upon the families subsequent move she attended the Sugar Bowl School in Hughenden/Lakesend, where the Family began Homesteading. This is where Frances met Alfred Edward Lainchbury a Young man from the Wetaskiwin area who had began a homestead in Hughenden/Lakesend. Frances and Alfred were married on Feb 20th 1920 and began Farming and raising their Family. Through the years they had nine children and later moved to Drayton Valley in 1939. Frances Loved Gardening and was well known for her crocheting, knitting, sewing and quilting. Frances was an exceptionally kind soft spoken person, who enjoyed life and was devoted to her Family.
