Tinsley, of Kings Mountain, NC; one nephew, Kevin Tinsley of Lees Summit, MO; and four great-nephews, Kelly D. Tinsley, Kevin P. Tinsley, William A. Tinsley, II, and Timothy Tinsley. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, James E. Tinsley. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6-7:00 PM, at St. John's United Methodist Church. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at St. John's United Methodist Church, 11:00 AM, February 15, 2013, with Rev. Don Boshell officiating. Interment with military rites will follow at Frederick Memorial Gardens. At other times, they will be at their respective homes. Memorials may be made to St. John's United Methodist Church, 105 S.
