He was the fourth child of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Mangers of Roseland, and though making a brave fight for life for a week, succumbed to the grim monster death. Interment in Assumption cemetery by the side of his Grandmother Mangers, who preceded him in death last spring, being, the first death in this large family, and who so loved this baby in life, this being a special comfort to the father, who with the mother bow in humble submission to the decree of Him, who death all thing well. This little one's monument is the hearts he touched. His epitaph the lasting love he inspired. "To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die."
