Description	:	Frank Bogue of the Merri-Vista Retirement and Convalessent Center in Seattle died August 7 at the age of 105. While very young, Bogue lived in Southern Michigan with the tribe of Indians which had abducted him from near Erie county, Pa., home when he was an infant. Read More	Frank Bogue of the Merri-Vista Retirement and Convalessent Center in Seattle died August 7 at the age of 105. While very young, Bogue lived in Southern Michigan with the tribe of Indians which had abducted him from near Erie county, Pa., home when he was an infant. When he was six he was taken away from the Indians and sent to live with a white family in Mississippi. He stayed with his foster parents until he was 12 and then took off on his own. He worked on railroads all over the United States and Canada, then farmed near Savage where his wife died in 1919. He went to the Puget Sound area in 1941. In later years a handyman at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, Washington, he didn't stop working until he was 100. At 97 he still drove an automobile and got his exercise by bicycling 50 blocks every morning. Bogue was a member of the Elks, the Eagles and the Bremerton Horseless Carriage Club. Survivors include his daughter, Mrs Howard Edwards of Seattle and Mrs. Keith Deazin also of Seattle, and Mrs. Donald Hulsey, Hoquiam, Wa.; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Services were held in Yarinton's White Center Funeral Home in Seattle and in Savage. Burial was in the Riverview Cemetery in Savage.
