He married Nellie Pearl Tallman. #3 VERDICT RETURNED FOR PLAINTIFF IN INSURANCE ACTION Osage – The jury after three hours deliberation returned a verdict for the plaintiff here Saturday night in the case of Nelly Pearl Noble of McIntire versus United Benefit Life Insurance Company in district court before Judge M. H. Kepler. In her petition Mrs. Noble says that her husband, Frank F. Noble who died March 8, 1937, had a policy for $1,000 with that company which refused to pay her upon his death, claiming he was suffering with tuberculosis of the throat at the time the policy was granted.
