Description	:	Frank H. Crannell was born November 3, 1878, and died August 8, 1945, at the age of 71 years, 9 months, and 5 days. He was born to George Arthur and Eliza L. (Jacobs)Crannell and later taken into the love of a foster mother, Sarah (Olinger) Crannell, all of whom with a brother, Arthur, preceded him in death. He was born to George Arthur and Eliza L. (Jacobs)Crannell and later taken into the love of a foster mother, Sarah (Olinger) Crannell, all of whom with a brother, Arthur, preceded him in death. Mr. Crannell spent his entire life in this community, attended school and later followed his fathers chosen profession, that of a farmer. He was married to Mary Elizabeth Moyer June 26, 1901. To this union were born two daughters, Merele Ruth, now Mrs. Waitman Anderson, and Mildred Lydia, now Mrs. LeRoy Grothe, who with their families have remained in this community. Mr. Crannel was a devoted husband and father, and helped in anything for the good of the community. Mr. Crannell was baptized in the Emmanuel Lutheran church on February 8, 1885. He had been a member of the local chapter of the 1.0.0.F. for 45 years. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, two daughters, five grandchildren and a brother George Pearle Crannell, with other relatives and friends.
