Description	:	Frank Hoozee, 68, of Stoneham, died Feb. 27 in Sterling. Visitation and viewing will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 29 at the Chaney-Walters Funeral Home. A vigil service will be held at 7 p.m. that evening. Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday, March 1 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Brush with the Rev. Michael Pavlakovich officiating. Mr. Hoozee was born May 4, 1927 to Constant and Margurette (Hentreep) Hoozee in Stoneham. He attended school in the Stoneham area and graduated from Stoneham High School. He farmed and ranched with his father in the Stoneham area. He married Dolores Dollerschell on April 24, 1950. After his marriage he continued farming and ranching in the Stoneham area. Dolores died March 16, 1988. He married Audrey Burton on Nov. 5, 1988 in Loveland. They continued to live in the Stoneham area, where he had semi-retired, still helping with farming and ranching. He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church, B.P.O. Elks Lodge No. 1336, N.E.W.D. and the 500 Club. He is survived by his wife Audrey of Stoneham; a son, Larry and wife Karen of Snyder; three daughters, Sherry Steffen and husband Alvin of Dalhart, Texas, Shelly Dermer and husband Warren Jr. of Fort Morgan, and Jackie Lynch and husband Doug of Fort Collins; three step-sons, Tom and Carmela Burton of Stratton, Dennis and Holly Burton of Cheyenne Wells and Kevin and Cindy Burton of Idalia; three sisters, Susie Gertge and husband George of Sterling, and Josephine Monheiser and Harriet Huss, both of Crook; and twelve grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, his parents, and his step mother Elizabeth. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Frank Hoozee.
