Description	:	HRANAC, FRANK SR.-- Frank Hranac Sr. died at his home at Geneva, township at 11:10 p. m. Tuesday, February 7, 1922, aged 48 years, 11 months and 9 days. Mr. Hranac had been suffering from illness for some time. A couple of weeks ago he went to Lincoln and remained in a hospital there a week for more for examination and treatment. The Drs. Tuesday, February 7, 1922, aged 48 years, 11 months and 9 days. Mr. Hranac had been suffering from illness for some time. A couple of weeks ago he went to Lincoln and remained in a hospital there a week for more for examination and treatment. The Drs. Breuer made a careful study of his case and pronounced it interstitial nephritis, or kidney trouble. Mr. Hranac returned from the hospital Friday afternoon. His sons Frank and Joe, students at the state university, were called home Tuesday. Mr. Hranac was born at Cornice, County Pisek, Czechoslovakia. He came to America thirty-seven years, ago and for nearly thirty years had resided in this community. He and his brother Charles had a harness shop in those early days in what is now The Signal building. After a few years they bought land and engaged in farming. Funeral arrangements were held in suspense yesterday awaiting word from Charles Hranac, whose home had been at Hansen, Idaho, for a number of years. – Funeral of Frank Hranac – The funeral service for the late Frank Hranac was held at the home at 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon. The address was delivered by Rev. R. H. Thompson of the Geneva Methodist church. Music was furnished by a quartet from Milligan. Interment was in the Geneva cemetery.
