Born near David City in the Appleton community, Mr. Cemper attended school there and was baptized and confirmed in the Appleton church. On Jan 15, 1929, he was married to Clara DeWispelare at St. Francis Catholic Church, Center. To this union were born two sons, Bernard of Columbus and George of Shelby. He is also survived by his wife; father, Frank Cemper Sr., David City; one brother, Tony of David City; and three sisters, Mrs. George (Alice) Svobota of Rising City, Mrs. Mary Kovar and Mrs. Marcel (Mildred) Kovar of David City; and two granddaughters, Kathy and Delores Cemper. He was preceded in death by his mother, a brother, Edward, and a granddaughter, Debbie Cemper.
