Description	:	Inventor, Entrepreneur. A native of San Jose, Dorsa and his brothers, Anthony and Sam, founded a food company in 1932, which they later named Eggo Food Products. In 1938 they purchased a potato chip company and shortly afterwards, Frank invented the continuous potato peeler to speed up the production process. In 1953 he invented a machine that allowed him to mass produce frozen waffles and his resulting product, the Eggo waffle, became an instant hit.
