Description	:	Frank Kenneth Ramsey was born in Princeton, MO to Carl L. and Bertha (Powell) Ramsey. He received his bachelor's degree from Northern State Teachers College in Aberdeen, SD in 1936, his master's degree from the University of Montana in Missoula in 1940, and his DVM and PhD from Iowa State University in 1955. He was Superintendent of Schools in Bonilla, SD, from 1936-1938, and taught in the Glendive, Mont., Junior College from 1940-1943 when he moved to Ames, IA.
