Read More	Obituary: The Times Record (Doland, South Dakota) 11 Dec 1941, Thu. - page 1 Frank Remily Laid to Rest Saturday Funeral services were held for Frank Remily, Saturday morning at St. Joseph's church in Doland, with interment in the Catholic cemetery at Turton. Obituary Frank Remily came to Spink County with his parents in 1886, and ever since that time has made this and the Turton community his home with the exception of a few years when he resided in Watertown. Mr. Remily was born on October 23, 1864, at Cornwall, Vermont, where he lived for three years. His parents then moved to Manteno, Illinois, where he grew to manhood. On February 1, 1891, he and Mrs. Remily were married at Turton and to this union six children were born, five of whom survive him. One son, Delphia, died at the age of 13 years. Mr. Remily is survived by his widow, five children and a nephew whom they reared from infancy, and two brothers, namely: Mrs. Will Gleason and Ernest Remily of Los Angeles, California; Lionel Remily of Currie, Minnesota; Mrs. Ralph Woodring of Doland; Roland St. Peter, who is in the U.S. Marine service; Ed Remily of Turton and Fred Remily of Doland. Mr. Remily was a man who will be greatly missed by a large circle of friends. He was always a kind and considerate neighbor and was devoted to his home and family. Mr. Remily will be greatly missed, but not forgotten.
