Description	:	Frank James Brindley was born in Granger, Ohio, on October 18, 1853, and departed this life on Oct. 14, 1918, lacking but a few years of being 65 years of age. While a small boy his parents moved to Indiana where he grew to manhood. He was married on April 25, 1874 to Amanda J. Disher, who survives him to this union were born three children; Augustus, who has lived on the home farm with his parents, Mrs. Daisy Mellott, of Etna Green, Ind., and Mrs. Grace Lepene, of Fon du Lac, Wisconsin. While a small boy his parents moved to Indiana where he grew to manhood. He was married on April 25, 1874 to Amanda J. Disher, who survives him to this union were born three children; Augustus, who has lived on the home farm with his parents, Mrs. Daisy Mellott, of Etna Green, Ind., and Mrs. Grace Lepene, of Fon du Lac, Wisconsin. Beside the wife and children the departed leaves a sister and three brothers, all residing in and near Etna Green, Ind., and ten grandchildren. the family moved from Ind. and lived for some years in Chicago, later in Wisconsin, and in 1910 moved to their present home on the farm north of Otsego, Mich. He united with the M.E. church about the year 1897, to which he remained faithful until death...Being but 14 years of age at the death of his father, he assumed the responsiblilty and care of his younger brothers and sister for which they have a grateful and loving remembrance. Funeral services and burial at Etna Green last Friday.
