Description	:	Franklin Reginald Sullivan, 58, of Missoula, formerly of Butte and Billings passed away Sunday, June 8, 1997, in Missoula following a long battle with asthma. He was born July 29, 1938, in Polson, the son of William H. Sullivan and Rose Mary Gollmeyer. He was raised in California and Billings. He served in the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1958. Read More	Franklin Reginald Sullivan, 58, of Missoula, formerly of Butte and Billings passed away Sunday, June 8, 1997, in Missoula following a long battle with asthma. He was born July 29, 1938, in Polson, the son of William H. Sullivan and Rose Mary Gollmeyer. He was raised in California and Billings. He served in the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1958. Frank married Sharon Stene, Jan. 5, 1962, in Billings. Frank worked in sales of medical and first aid supplies. Frank was very active in St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Missoula. He was also a member of the Christian Singles group He was very proud of his children and grandchildren. Survivors include two sons, Craig Sullivan and wife, Jill of Medford, Ore., Kevin Sullivan and wife, Jennifer of Billings, and Denise Schwartzkoph and husband, Bill of Billings; brothers, Bob Sullivan and wife, Helen of Tigard, Ore., Mike Sullivan and wife, Debbie of Billings; stepbrother, Dick Lightner, and two stepsisters, Gloria DeNault and Diane LeRoi, all of California; grandchildren, Brian and Madison Schwarzkoph, Karli and Elli Sullivan, all of Billings, and Tyler Peres Sullivan of Medford. Frank was preceded in death by his father, Bill Sullivan; mother Rose Lightner; stepfather, Carl Lightner; and grandparents. A funeral Mass was celebrated Wednesday, June 11, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Missoula. Viewing will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, June 14, at Smith Downtown Chapel in Billings. Cremation will follow with interment of ashes and a graveside service at 11 a.m. Monday, June 16, at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Billings. Memorials may be sent to the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church for the care of Mackenzie Rostad, a child cancer patient, 420 W. Pine, Missoula, Mont. 59802.
