Description	:	Frieda Wiedrich, 83, Bismarck, formerly of Beulah, went home to her Heavenly Father Aug. 28, 2005, at Medcenter One Health Systems, Bismarck. Services will be held at 10 a.m. MDT Thursday, Sept. 1, at Zion Lutheran Church, Beulah, with the Rev. Dale Nabben officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. MDT today at Seibel Funeral Home, Beulah. Frieda was born May 26, 1922, and was raised on a farm north of Beulah. She was the youngest of four children in the family of John and Philippina (Schmidt) Koehler. As a young adult, Frieda attended Christie's Beauty College in Fargo, and returned to Beulah to open Elite Hair Stylists. On July 18, 1943, Frieda married Wilmer Wiedrich, who became a barber after returning from military service. In 1954, they built a new building on Beulah's main street to house Frieda's beauty shop and Wilmer's barber shop. They operated their businesses at that location until Wilmer's death in 1979. Frieda then relocated Elite Hair Stylists to several new locations in Beulah as her business continued to expand. She was in business for over 50 years before her retirement in 1993. Frieda was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, of Beulah, and loved teaching first grade Sunday school, which she taught for over 30 years. Her other interests included music, reading, animals of all kinds, playing cards and Minnesota Twins baseball. While in business, she was a member of many professional, business and social organizations. Frieda is survived by one daughter and son-in-law; one son and daughter-in-law; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wilmer; an infant daughter; and three brothers, Tobias, Otto and Walter.
