| Description | : | Gary Alan Fritz was born on December 14, 1944, in Marshalltown, Iowa, the son of Martin and Annabel Fritz. He worked as a machinist for over 25 years at Northwestern, Cotton Belt & Union Pacific Railroad. He served in United States Navy and was lifelong member of VFW. He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Charles Fritz, Larry "Butch" Fritz, and Marilyn Tordoff.
