Description	:	Gary Lee Jorgensen was born to his loving parents Ernest Andrew and Viola Esther (Herbolsheimer) Jorgensen on Monday April 22, 1946 at Fremont, Dodge County Nebraska. Gary and his sister Diane were raised on a family farm which was between the corner of 15 and P about three quarters of the way north to the corner of 15 and County Rd N Blvd. The farm house was about a third of a mile in on the east side of the main road. Read More	Gary Lee Jorgensen was born to his loving parents Ernest Andrew and Viola Esther (Herbolsheimer) Jorgensen on Monday April 22, 1946 at Fremont, Dodge County Nebraska. Gary and his sister Diane were raised on a family farm which was between the corner of 15 and P about three quarters of the way north to the corner of 15 and County Rd N Blvd. The farm house was about a third of a mile in on the east side of the main road. The address comes up as 1472 County Road 15 Hooper, Dodge County with the GPS coordinates of 41.537662, -96.636013 at the start of the farm driveway. The family farm house has a GPS estimate coordinate of 41.537912,-96.629968. Gary attended a two room elementary school district 22 of rural Hooper. Gary was one class ahead of me, he graduated in 1964 from Scribner High. I recall baling wheat straw with Gary for one of his neighbors during our school years, we would each get paid a dollar an hour. Gary served in the US National Guard. Gary was united in marriage to Kay Ridder on Saturday April 20, 1968 at Dodge, Dodge County, they were blessed over the years of marriage with two children, a son and daughter. Gary was employed as a farm hand for Vernon Koester, Dodge County Roads, Paden Construction, Sanger Manufacturing at Scribner, City Meat Market at Hooper and for the Hormel Foods Corporation at Fremont. During these years, he farmed and raised cattle. Gary was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church at Fremont, Dodge County. Sadly Gary passed on Tuesday May 22, 2007 at the Immanuel Medical Center at Omaha, Douglas County at the age of 61 years, 1 month which does not include his last day, he lived a total of 22,310 days. Gary's visitation was held from 1p to 5p Friday May 25, 2007 at Ludvigsen Mortuary and then from 6:30p until the rosary service at 7:30p at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church. The funeral Mass was at 9:30a on Saturday May 26, 2007 at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church at Fremont, with his interment in section k, lot 126, grave 1 in the Memorial Cemetery at Fremont. Grave marker inscription "Married April 20, 1968". Gary's information was provided from researching many resources and my memory. This biography was created as an honor to Gary by a friend Loren R.
