Description	:	Genevieve Visker, 88, passed away October 25, 2005 at Samaritan Hospital after a long illness. Genevieve was born September 8, 1917, in New York City to French immigrants Alphonse and Jeanne (Couturier) Bugnon. She married Claus Visker in Reno, Nevada on April 29, 1945. They lived in the Sacramento, California area for 15 years before moving to Warden in 1960, and then to their present home in Moses Lake where they owned and operated Haywire Dairy farm until retirement in 1975. Genevieve was born September 8, 1917, in New York City to French immigrants Alphonse and Jeanne (Couturier) Bugnon. She married Claus Visker in Reno, Nevada on April 29, 1945. They lived in the Sacramento, California area for 15 years before moving to Warden in 1960, and then to their present home in Moses Lake where they owned and operated Haywire Dairy farm until retirement in 1975. Those who knew her would remember Genevieve as the lady with the silver streak in her jet black hair. She was very active and loved being "on the go." She was a member of the Humane Society for 15 years as a volunteer at the Calico Cat, and involved with Friends of the Library, Master Gardeners, General Federation of Woman's Club, O'Sullivan Community Club, "Merry Widows" Card Club, Brush & Palette Art Club, Literacy Program, and St. Martin's Episcopal Church. At 60, she graduated from Big Bend Community College with honors. Genevieve was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 51 years, Claus Visker; daughter Joan Kelly, brother Marcel Bugnon (# 115232471) and sister Madeline Velotta. She is survived by a son, four grandsons, two granddaughters, and six great-grandchildren [names of living omitted]. She also is survived by her very good friend, Rod Watson.
