Veteran of WWII serving in European Theatre in the 7th Squadron. He was a milk and dairy products distributor in Campbell County for 34 years. He was honored by the South Campbell County Rotary Club as citizen of the year in for his outstanding farming abilities, on the farm that he was born and raised on. Funeral services 2:00 PM Tuesday Forks Grove Baptist Church, Rev. Ronnie Poston officiating. Interment Fincastle Cemetery with Military Honors by Campbell County Honor Guard.
