Description	:	George B. Booth, 85, died Saturday at Norfolk. The funeral service was held Monday at Randolph. "Mr. Booth, who came to Stanton last April, is the step-father of Mrs. H. S. Tennant of Stanton. He was born July 2, 1869 in Fargo, North Dakota, and spent his early manhood as a merchant in Alaska during the gold rush. In Alaska he married his first wife and to them was born one daughter, Mrs. Goldie Oliver of Seattle, Wash. In 1915 he was married to Mrs. Minnie Van Pelt of Seattle, mother of Zira Tennant.... Survivors include his daughter Mrs. Goldie Oliver of Seattle, his step-daughter Mrs. Zira Tennant of Stanton, a sister Mrs. Emily Berry of Wyola, Montana, the family of William Steckelberg of Randolph and several grand nieces and nephews."
