Description	:	George was the son of Asa Robinson and Margaret Bartlett Robinson. He has at least 14 brothers and sisters: Deborah, Lucy, Orrin, Sumner, Sabrina, Sophronia, Livonia, Ervin, Susanna, Wealthy, John, Daniel Bartlett, Adonirom Judson, and Lucius. George was a carpenter and contractor. Politically he supported the Whig party and he was a member of the Baptist church. George married Lydia Briggs on 22 Aug 1847.
