Description	:	Son of David Dovel, Sr. George married Anna Peeksly, daughter of Christian Peeksly, on April 11, 1807. Children: Margaret (married Asa Alger), Nancy (married John Dofflemeyer), and Adam B. Dovel, Sr(married Dianna Shuler). He purchase property in 1810 which was later deeded to his son Adam, then to Adam Jr, then to his son Plina, and then to Plina's daughter Virginia, then to her son Carlton Turner whose family owns the farm today.
