Description	:	George D. Graham, 75, formerly of 715 N. Fee, died Sunday at the Helena Nursing Home. Mr. Graham was born Aug. 11, 1912, in Missoula to Roy and Olive Graham. The family moved to Helena and he attended schools, graduating from Helena High School. He then attended Bradley University in Peoria, Ill., where he studied the jewelers and engravers trade. Mr. Graham was born Aug. 11, 1912, in Missoula to Roy and Olive Graham. The family moved to Helena and he attended schools, graduating from Helena High School. He then attended Bradley University in Peoria, Ill., where he studied the jewelers and engravers trade. Mr. Graham moved to Caldwell, Idaho and was employed as a jeweler there until he returned to Helena. He was employed in Helena by the A. E. Peterson Jewelry Store until 1940. He then worked for Mountain Bell Telephone and Telegraph in the old toll and testboard building on Jackson St. He was transferred to Butte and continued working for Mountain Bell until retiring in 1970, after 30 years of service. He married Mary Louise Jones on Sept. 3, 1934, in Caldwell, Idaho. She preceded him in death on July 1, 1978. He was also preceded in death by twin sons. Following the death of his wife, he lived near his sons in Seattle. He then returned to Butte for a short time before coming to Helena. He made his home at the Eagle's Manor since 1982. Mr. Graham played with many bands in Helena, including Skipper Kelly's band. He was a member of the Musician's Union and was an avid stamp collector. Survivors include two sons, Donald R. of Mount Vernon, Wash., and Robert L. of Renton, Wash.; three brothers-in-law, Kenneth F. Jones of Helena, Jack Jones of Houston, Texas and Earl Jones of Washington, D.C.; four grandchildren, Karen and Brook of Mount Vernon, Wash., and Annie and Robin of Renton, Wash.; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Retz Funeral Chapel with the Rev. John Fischer officiating. Burial will be in Forestvale Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Allen Sweeney, Ben C. Smith, Ed James, Pat Lyons, Tom Jones and Chuck Larson.
