Description	:	George was the son of Arthur W. Ferguson and Abbie Annie Richards. He first married Florence P. Dunn in 1912 in Manchester NH when he was age 19. He was the first of her five husbands. They divorced a year later and he met Lydia "Lida" in the factory and married her in 1914. George and Lydia did not have children. George was a boxmaker in the box factory in Manchester NH and Lida worked in the needle factory when they were first married. They spent most of their lives in Manchester where George worked for the Highway Dept.... Read More	George was the son of Arthur W. Ferguson and Abbie Annie Richards. He first married Florence P. Dunn in 1912 in Manchester NH when he was age 19. He was the first of her five husbands. They divorced a year later and he met Lydia "Lida" in the factory and married her in 1914. George and Lydia did not have children. George was a boxmaker in the box factory in Manchester NH and Lida worked in the needle factory when they were first married. They spent most of their lives in Manchester where George worked for the Highway Dept. In 1930 he was an engineer at the box factory in Manchester. The children enumerated with them are not theirs. Lydia still worked in the needle factory in 1930. George took a job in Franklin NH as the Foreman of the City Highway Department where he was working until two months prior to his death in 1956. He died at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester of carcinoma of the right lung from which he had suffered for two months, final cause of death was pneumonia. He is buried with his wife Lida who died 1964 in Martin's cemetery in Hooksett. They have a stone along back left wall and George's mother Abbie is buried beside him.
