He is survived by his loving wife, Annie; four children, Robert Jack and his wife Myrtle of Puyallup, Washington, Beatrice Beach and her husband Bill of Fort St. John, B.C., Shirley Bibby and her husband Ken of Westlock, Bill Jack and his wife Lorna of Westlock; nine grandchildren; four greatgrandchildren and one sister, Florence Perry. Mr. Jack was born on July 7, 1901, in Walthamstow, England He immigrated with his family at the age of five years to a homestead in the Clyde district. In 1924 he married Annie Sampson. They farmed on the original homestead until 1949 when they moved to Westlock and Mr. Jack became the Chief Engineer at the Immaculata Hospital. He remained there until his retirement in 1974. Mr. and Mrs. Jack remained in their own home in Westlock enjoying the company of each other until June of 1984 when they moved into Smithfield Lodge. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 29, 1985 at 3:00 p.m. in the Westlock Funeral Chapel with Mr. John Tapscott officiating with interment to follow at the Dungan-non Cemetery at Clyde.
