Ottumwa.--The police have been at work dragging the river near the Market street bridge searching for the body of George Eiler, aged 8 years, who is supposed to have drowned. The lad, who is a son of Henry Eiler, was wading in the river with some playmates. His companions left him about 6 o'clock, and that is the last that has been seen of him. When he did not return home during the night a search was in- stituted. ---
