Priddle Dies Suddenly at Silver Water - 1935 Friends of Geo. J. Priddle, a resident of Silver Water for many years, will learn with regret of his sudden death on Monday afternoon, about 2:30 on his 68th year. Mr. Priddle was working with his son Humphrey and Bert Fleming and was in the act of hitching up a team when he dropped dead, death being due to heart failure. The late Mr. Priddle was one of the most highly respected citizens in the community and being of a jovial nature made a great many friends. In neighbourhood affairs he took an active part lending his time and ability to every worth-while cause. His untimely death removed one of Manitoulin's finest citizens. He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Mrs. E. P. Sawyer, Escanaba, and one son, Humphrey, Silver Water. The funeral took place from his late residence on Wednesday morning.
