Description	:	George McNeill Ft. Madison - George Livingston McNeill, 70, 1421 Ave, D., died Monday at 4 a.m. at Mercy hospital in Burlington. He had been ill for several years and in the hospital since Thursday. Services will be held in Clements chapel Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. with burial in Oakland cemetery. Rev. Father J.A. Wagner of West Point will be in charge. McNeill was born Dec. 4, 1874 in Washington township, Lee County, and after retiring from farming 7 years ago moved to Ft. Madison. A member of the old Baptist church in Denmark he was the son of Solomon(SIC) and Jane McNeill. Survivors include his wife, Nellie Grant, whom he married Jan. 5, 1898 in Ft. Madison. He also leaves 2 sons, Willis and Leroy of Fort Madison; 2 daughters, Mrs. Ed (Ethel)Groene of Fort Madison, Miss Elsie McNeill at home; a sister, Mrs. Aggie Simon, Wapello, and 3 grandchildren.
