Description	:	Urbana - Sept 9, 1914 George Richeson of Addison dropped dead at 7:00 Sunday evening. He had prepared to enjoy a watermelon feast when he suddenly expired, death being due to heart trouble. He removed to Addison 30 years ago and spent his life as a farmer. Upon returning home, he went to the well to get a drink of water and dropped dead while returning to the house. His daughter with whom he resided, heard him fall but when she reached him he was dead. He had prepared to enjoy a watermelon feast when he suddenly expired, death being due to heart trouble. He removed to Addison 30 years ago and spent his life as a farmer. Upon returning home, he went to the well to get a drink of water and dropped dead while returning to the house. His daughter with whom he resided, heard him fall but when she reached him he was dead. Recently one of his sons, James Richeson, met a tragic death in North Dakota when he fell off a load of oats on his ranch, the wheels of the wagon crushing out his life. St Paris News Dispatch -September 10, 1914 The death of George Richeson occurred on Sunday at his home in Christiansburg. He was sitting on the porch and got up and went to the well to get a drink and upon returning fell. His daughter that was living with, heard him and when she reached him, he was dead. The wife and following children survive: Mrs Frank Davis of North Dakota, Mrs Charles Fish and Mrs Rollo Dick of Troy, Mrs Charles Marshall and William Richeson of Addison. The brothers and sisters living are Charles Richeson of Springfield, SD Richeson of St Paris, JC Richeson, Mrs Susan Bowers and Mrs SA Arbogast of Addison. The funeral services were held from the home Tuesday. Interment was made in Upper Honey Creek Cemetery.
