Description	:	George E. Rutledge, 65, of 1015 Delphos Ave., was dead on arrival at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at St. Rita's Medical Center. He suffered a heart attack while shoveling snow. He was born April 25, 1912, in Lima, the son of Thomas B. and America Clements Rutledge. Mr. Rutledge was an assemblyman at Westinghouse for 29 years. He was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church, the Eagles Lodge, Moose Lodge, Council of Elders, Senior Citizens Bowling League, Westinghouse Golden Age Club and a life member of IUE local electrical union. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home where Eagle Lodge rites will be at 8 p.m. today, prayer service at 8 p.m. Tuesday and Moose Lodge rites at 9 p.m. Tuesday.
