Description	:	Private, 8th Viginia Regiment, Continental Army, 3 years Court Record of Pension as follows: This day came into court George Spickard personally appeared in open court and presented his declaration under oath to obtain the benefits of the act of Congress of the 7th day of March 1832 to obtain a pension. The court are satisfied that he now on the pension. list under the act of Congress of the 18th March 1818, and that he is the identical person named in a pension certificate accompanying his declaration - which is ordered to be certified.
